Indy’s priority is creating a safe and comfortable space where clients can freely express themselves, exploring their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She uses a tailored intervention for each client which could incorporate elements of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. Indy believes in taking a holistic approach with her clients, seeing them as a whole person rather than just a collection of parts. She infuses her knowledgeable professionalism with warmth, fun and positivity, as her therapy sessions aren’t just about tackling challenges; it’s also about finding moments of authentic human connection and personal growth. Indy cherishes diversity in all its expressions, affirming LGBTQIA+ identities, nurturing cultural sensitivity, and honouring neurodiversity. Mr Cameron Norton(He/him)

Social Worker

Cameron is a warm and personable clinician with over 8 years of Mental Health experience working with individuals from a range of diverse backgrounds. Cam is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (BA; GradCertAddBeh; MSW, AMHSW) and primarily works with people experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, gambling and other addictive behaviours, trauma, interpersonal relationships. Cam's therapeutic approach is person-centered and draws from additional training in a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). He also has a special interest in mindfulness-based approaches, with these principles woven into his sessions, or that can also be taught as specific skills. His holistic assessment and intervention style is informed by Cam’s professional training as well as extensive experience as a teacher and practitioner of breathwork & meditation (trained facilitator with the Art of Living Foundation) and yoga (accredited teacher with Australian Yoga Academy), for which he regularly runs workshops around Melbourne. Cam works from a holistic biopsychosocial & trauma-informed lens and strives to create a safe and non-judgemental space. His calm yet engaging demeanour invites a sense of comfort that allows trust to be built and the therapeutic progress to begin. Jordana draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to tailor the therapy to the unique needs, aspirations and goals of each client. Jordana helps individuals address their difficulties through the development of a deeper understanding of themselves, their past and present experiences, and their unconscious motivations. She recognises each client’s individuality and helps them create meaningful lives, which are guided by their values and lived in the present moment. Jordana draws on techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (for trauma) and Circle of Security Parenting. Madeline Wilson is a registered psychologist (BSocSci, GDipPysch, MPsych - EdDev), with experience supporting children, adolescents and young adults. Prior to her work in psychology, Madeline worked extensively in the disability sector, with a strong focus on behaviour support, and brings a deep passion for helping neurodivergent children to build a positive sense of identity and self-understanding.In her therapeutic work, Madeline draws on a range of approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy & Schema Therapy. She enjoys supporting clients with anxiety, adjustment and life transitions, interpersonal challenges, trauma, attachment and self-esteem concerns. At the heart of Madeline's practice is a strong commitment to relational work. She believes that a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship is central to growth and motivation, and places emphasis on strengthening these connections. She uses a flexible and collaborative approach, and draws on various evidenced based therapies and holistic skills and practices; these include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic work, and mindfulness. Her areas of interest include anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationships, trauma, grief and loss, and work life balance. Mary is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She enjoys good food and coffee, getting lost in a novel, spending time with her family, and getting out into nature.

Natalie is a Clinical Psychologist (BA, GDipPsych, MPsych - Clinical) who is passionate about providing evidence-based psychological care to help her clients achieve their best outcomes and live their most fulfilling lives. She uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness-based interventions as well as drawing from Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, developing a unique therapeutic plan for each client.
