Natalie is a Clinical Psychologist (BA, GDipPsych, MPsych - Clinical) who is passionate about providing evidence-based psychological care to help her clients achieve their best outcomes and live their most fulfilling lives. She uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness-based interventions as well as drawing from Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, developing a unique therapeutic plan for each client. Natalie works with clients experiencing emotional dysregulation, depression, anxiety, trauma, panic attacks, domestic violence and personality disorders. She enjoys working with teenagers & adults in 1:1 therapy sessions. Natalie strives to create a safe, respectful and supportive environment in her sessions through warmth, patience and empathy, allowing her clients to freely share their thoughts, feelings and experiences. She works collaboratively with her clients to identify their own personal goals for therapy; patiently and calmly holds space for her clients to work through their therapeutic process towards achieving these goals. Outside her clinical work, Natalie is passionate about DanceSport and plays and composes on classical piano.
