Caitlyn Mackenzie enjoys learning about and sharing her knowledge of the incredible power of the human mind. Through her humour and down to earth attitude, she works with clients to help guide and empower them in navigating their own lives. She is a psychologist, about to complete her clinical endorsement, who often draws upon techniques from ACT, Mindfulness, CBT, Narrative therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Caitlyn has an interest in working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression and general mental health and wellbeing, especially with young adults. Having being actively involved at a state level with both basketball (BigV) and football (VFLW), Caitlyn is a big believer that it is just as important to train our brain in strength and flexibility as we so often do with our bodies.

Darryl is a clinical psychologist who works with adults to help develop more adaptive ways of managing depression, anxiety, grief, loss and adjustment to challenging life events, interpersonal and personality difficulties. He is also experienced in working with the concerns of same-sex attracted individuals. Darryl is passionate about using research-based therapies such as CBT, mindfulness and schema therapy in a way that best suits an individual. Adrienne has a passion for understanding and addressing barriers to optimal health and wellbeing. Her personal values of openness, honesty, non-judgment, and respect are central to her practice. She is committed to providing her clients with evidence-based, individually-tailored support to enable them to regain hope, trust, and confidence in themselves and their future. Adrienne is passionate about perinatal and infant mental health, mindfulness-based childbirth preparation, and supporting people in the transition to parenthood. She has experience working with adolescent and adult clients with a variety of psychological needs (e.g., anxiety, depression, psychosis, addiction, trauma, body image, self-esteem, sleep, and stress). Adrienne utilises third wave CBT (acceptance- and mindfulness-based therapies) however also draws from training in attachment theory, schema therapy, and motivational interviewing depending on her clients' needs. Dr Jo Mitchell is a clinical psychologist who works with adults to enhance mental health, wellbeing and performance. She has an interest in working with professionals, including athletes, experiencing burnout and going through life transitions. She completed a PhD in positive psychology. Jo is also a registered psychology supervisor for student psychologists and other mental health professionals.

Michael Inglis is a Sport & Performance Psychologist. Michael has been working in the mental health field since 1999 and has the full training as a Sport & Exercise Psychologist. Michael values the wellbeing of athletes off field as important as their performance on the field to provide a holistic approach. He has developed specific programs to assist performance enhancement for teams & athletes such as the Mental Conditioning Program & Psychological Skills Training. Michael aims to widen his expertise to other such elite teams in the future providing specific programs to suit their needs.
