Adrienne has a passion for understanding and addressing barriers to optimal health and wellbeing. Her personal values of openness, honesty, non-judgment, and respect are central to her practice. She is committed to providing her clients with evidence-based, individually-tailored support to enable them to regain hope, trust, and confidence in themselves and their future.
Adrienne is passionate about perinatal and infant mental health, mindfulness-based childbirth preparation, and supporting people in the transition to parenthood. She has experience working with adolescent and adult clients with a variety of psychological needs (e.g., anxiety, depression, psychosis, addiction, trauma, body image, self-esteem, sleep, and stress). Adrienne utilises third wave CBT (acceptance- and mindfulness-based therapies) however also draws from training in attachment theory, schema therapy, and motivational interviewing depending on her clients' needs.
