Michael Inglis is a Sport & Performance Psychologist. Michael has been working in the mental health field since 1999 and has the full training as a Sport & Exercise Psychologist. Michael values the wellbeing of athletes off field as important as their performance on the field to provide a holistic approach. He has developed specific programs to assist performance enhancement for teams & athletes such as the Mental Conditioning Program & Psychological Skills Training. Michael aims to widen his expertise to other such elite teams in the future providing specific programs to suit their needs.
