Ms Fiona Davis Psychologist

Fiona is a psychologist with years of experience working across different settings including education, justice and disability. She has worked with adults, young people, couples and families, and has an interest in helping her clients to regain their sense of strength and self. Fiona has experience working with issues around mental health including anxiety and depression, as well as relationships, stress and life changes. She employs CBT and ACT primarily in work with clients, but also approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and Narrative Therapy to work towards healthy client outcomes.
