Sheralee believes the therapeutic relationship should be a safe and empowering space. She supports clients to take the lead in shaping the therapy they need for healing and growth. Her approach is focused on understanding each person’s unique strengths and experiences, primarily drawing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Schema Therapy. She places a strong emphasis on the connection between the mind and body, working closely with clients to explore how their environments influence their health and well-being.
