Overview

Juliette is a person-centred practitioner, passionate about helping clients to enhance their wellbeing and relationships. Juliette is motivated to help clients navigate difficult emotions, work through experiences of grief and change, and develop lasting and connective communication skills. Juliette is interested in working with clients in diverse intimate relationship dynamics and individuals looking to deepen their emotional connection to themselves and others. As a practitioner, Juliette uses an empathic, tailored approach and believes in taking the time to create a safe, inclusive, and therapeutically inviting space for all. Juliette is neurodiversity affirming, sex positive, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and kink and poly friendly. Juliette approaches therapy in a comprehensive and collaborative manner, mindful of the client’s background, support needs, environment, and personality. Juliette has experience in supporting clients across a wide range of relational and sexual health concerns, including intimacy anxiety, navigating changes and transitions in relationships (including separation support and infidelity), sexual pain (i.e., vulvodynia, vaginismus, dyspareunia), desire and arousal dissatisfaction (including navigating libido differences and erectile difficulties), and premature ejaculation. She also has experience providing affirming support for LGBTIQA+ individuals, those engaged in kink and non-monogamous relationships, sex workers, and clients seeking sexual education. Juliette has worked with clients that have experienced recent and historical trauma, attachment disruptions, disconnections amongst family members, grief, symptoms of depression and anxiety, and clients who are exploring their sexual and gender identities. Juliette accompanies this with previous experience working with family members and adolescents, within the AOD sector, and internationally as a mental health volunteer.
