Overview

Vishnu cultivates an intentional, neuroaffirming space for individuals to connect with themselves to explore the intricate stories of their inner worlds. Her practice is built on the core values of honesty, openness, and collaboration, fostering an environment of trust and genuine partnership. Inspired by Esther Perel's work on erotic intelligence, Vishnu brings an intuitive and culturally attuned lens to discussions around relationships and sexuality. Her background includes working as a social care worker, a high school psychology teacher, and a mentor for young girls from marginalised communities, and more recently working with young people with disabilities and their families. Vishnu is passionate about supporting clients through a wide spectrum of sexual health and relational differences, including sexual pain, desire discrepancies, and relationship transitions. She provides affirming care for LGBTIQA+ individuals, those exploring kink and non-monogamous relationships, and clients seeking comprehensive sexual education. Her areas of particular interest include working with sexual pain conditions (such as vulvodynia, vaginismus, and dyspareunia), desire and arousal dissatisfaction (including libido differences and erectile difficulties), and orgasm-related difficulties (like anorgasmia and premature ejaculation). Outside of her practice, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her dog, and learning new languages.
