Gabi Estherby

Exercise Physiologist

Gabi is eager to see Australians exercising to reduce the burden of their health conditions both on their individual lives but also on their communities. She enjoys assisting clients to find exercise types that they enjoy and coupling this with evidence-based practice to achieve improved health outcomes in their daily lives. She attended Charles Sturt University to complete both her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2023 and Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2025. While she was studying she worked in a small gym and as an Exercise Scientist in a multidisciplinary practice where she developed her skills in building client rapport and her understanding of the NDIS. In her spare time, Gabi enjoys hiking with her husband, going to the gym and watching Formula 1.

Miss Alex Parsons

Exercise Physiologist

Alex is an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist who completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wollongong and Masters at Charle Sturt University. Alex loves using exercise and movement to help clients achieve their personal goals and enable them to perform the activities they love most. Alex loves to bring about a real personal experience in her treatment, empowering clients to take control of their health in a positive and motivating manner. Alex has a strong focus on chronic disease management, with further training in exercise intervention for the management of Diabetes and Parkinson’s Disease, along with Women’s health.

Miss Alex Stronach

Exercise Physiologist

Alex is passionate about using Exercise as Medicine to treat and prevent chronic illness, persisting pain and injuries. She truly believes in working personally with her clients and collaboratively with their health team (GP, specialists, surgeons, physiotherapists, dietitians etc) to help them reach their desired outcome with a holistic approach to health. Alex’s key areas of interest include exercise for the management of osteoporosis and falls prevention; and lower limb musculoskeletal rehab, typically ankle injuries and knee pain. She also has completed further training in Diabetes Management with Diabetes NSW/ACT, exercise for Parkinson’s Disease with PD Warrior, Pre & Post Natal Exercise with The Women’s Health Collective, and is currently continuing her studies in Pain Science with Pain Revolution by correspondence at The University of South Australia. Being a new mum, Alex has taken a step back from seeing clients to focus on the growing Medicine in Motion team, supporting and mentoring them with the treatment of their clients. Alex loves an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors and in the ocean! You’ll find her getting up early to train at the gym, go for a run or walking her sausage dog Dash on the beach; then spending her weekends chasing a ball around the soccer field and AFL pitch!

Miss Erica Molloy

Exercise Physiologist

Erica is a passionate exercise physiologist dedicated to using exercise to manage and prevent chronic health conditions. She graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from UNSW in 2017 and has experience working with neurological conditions, with a special interest in Parkinson’s Disease, post-stroke recovery, and dementia. Committed to helping clients regain function and improve their daily lives, Erica designs tailored exercise programs that align with each individual's needs and goals. She strives to empower clients to take control of their health and well-being. Outside of work, you can find Erica having a swim or outdoors exploring the South Coast.

Miss Maz McKern

Exercise Physiologist

Maz completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at the University of Wollongong in 2022. Maz loves that Exercise Physiology allows her to connect with a range of people in the Illawarra and that each treatment approach is different depending on her clients goals. Maz is passionate in helping others live an active lifestyle and aims to make exercise something people enjoy so they can do the things that make them happy She uses a holistic treatment approach by prescribing evidence-based exercise programs, sharing current information and also considering any psychological or social factors that may impact progress. By the end of treatment she hopes her clients leave with the tools, confidence and desire to keep improving their health with the help of exercise. Outside of work you’ll find Maz by the ocean, enjoying the outdoors and catching up with friends.

Mr Cameron Galletly

Exercise Physiologist

Cameron is a Berry local and has lived in the Shoalhaven area nearly his whole life. Cameron studied a Masters of Exercise Physiology at the University of Wollongong and graduated in 2021. He believes in the power of exercise as an effective rehabilitation and disease management tool. He wants to empower people to have full control of their health and wellbeing. He has previous clinical experience in both private practice and hospital settings. Cameron has experience treating clients with range of health conditions such cardio-metabolic, mental health, neurological, musculoskeletal and cognitive. Outside of work, Cameron enjoys weight lifting in the gym, lap swimming, surfing and watching anything sport on the TV.

Mr James McPhail

James is an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist who recently graduated from UOW. James has always had a passion for sports and improving overall health. This has lead James to use this passion to help clients improve and reach their health goals through personalised and tailored exercise programs. James has a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic pain and helping his clients return to work. In his spare time James enjoys surfing, playing sports such as Oztag and basketball as well as going to the gym.

Mrs Rosie Nicholls

Physiotherapist

Rosie graduated from Edinburgh University with an Honors in Medical Biology she then went on to do a Masters of Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon’s University, Scotland - graduating in 2015.     Since graduating Rosie has primarily worked with patients treating injuries from work or sport ; post-operative rehabilitation; neurological conditions; disability and aged care.   Rosie has extensive experience in the differential diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal disorders.  Her interests are in treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions of the upper limb and lumbo-pelvic area.  She enjoys collaborating with patients to get them back to work, sports and life by achieving their goals and by implementing a healthy lifestyle.     Rosie has further developed her knowledge and skills with courses in clinical pilates; management of sporting injuries; dry needling; and advanced manual therapy techniques.  Rosie uses her collection of skills, including manual therapy and exercise prescription within her practice. In her spare time, Rosie enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee  where she has achieved success representing Australia at the World Championships and the World Games.  Rosie has recently taken a break from international competition, taking on a new challenge, with the birth of her first child.  She continues to enjoy an active lifestyle and when she isn’t chasing a frisbee around she enjoys rock climbing, trail runs and swimming.

Nicolette is driven by using exercise to prevent and manage chronic health conditions. She helps guides clients through goal setting and tailors a targeted exercise program to help achieve their best health outcomes. Nicolette attended the University of Wollongong completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2018 and the Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2020. She has previous experience in the WorkCover industry and running Pilates classes and also enjoys facilitating exercise programs for osteoporosis and falls prevention, diabetes management, and shoulder rehabilitation Outside of work, Nicolette is involved in Surf Lifesaving as an active patrolling member and surf boat competitor.
