Gabi is eager to see Australians exercising to reduce the burden of their health conditions both on their individual lives but also on their communities. She enjoys assisting clients to find exercise types that they enjoy and coupling this with evidence-based practice to achieve improved health outcomes in their daily lives.
She attended Charles Sturt University to complete both her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2023 and Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2025. While she was studying she worked in a small gym and as an Exercise Scientist in a multidisciplinary practice where she developed her skills in building client rapport and her understanding of the NDIS.
In her spare time, Gabi enjoys hiking with her husband, going to the gym and watching Formula 1.
