Bianca McFadden

Dietitian

Bianca joined the Ingrained Nutrition team in Brisbane in 2025. She is passionate about supporting individuals within the NDIS sector. Bianca completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. With a strong commitment to empowering people to achieve their health and wellbeing goals through nutrition, Bianca is a welcome addition to our team. Bianca prioritises building strong, trusting relationships with her clients and their support networks. She takes a holistic, patient-centred approach to care. Her focus is on the foundational role nutrition plays in improving quality of life. Bianca prides herself on tailoring nutrition interventions to meet each individual’s unique needs. She is experienced at supporting clients of all ages and backgrounds to achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes. Bianca has experience working with a wide range of disabilities. Her particular interests are gastrointestinal health, eating disorders, paediatrics, disability support, and enteral nutrition. A dedicated client advocate, she ensures nutritional needs are understood, respected, and supported within their healthcare journey. Outside of work, Bianca enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. You’ll often find her and her family snorkelling or fishing in summer, or hiking and exploring during the cooler months. She stays active through regular gym sessions, Pilates, and yoga. Bianca classifies herself as a foodie and loves trying or creating the latest gluten free recipes.

Caitlin Scane

Dietitian

Senior Accredited Practising Dietitian Caitlin is a Wagga local and has been working as a private practice Dietitian in Wagga Wagga for over 10 years. She has been the leading force in the Ingrained Nutrition team in the last 5 years: she is an absolute asset and highly experienced Dietitian. Caitlin brings her experience, supportive and practical approach and accumulated knowledge of nutrition, applying this to real-life situations. Cait is compassionate beyond words and is driven to learn, ensuring she has the most up to date, informed evidence base when it comes to treating her clients. In 2022 Caitlin became a Credentialed Eating Disorder Dietitian. She continued to build on her skills in this space with skilled expertise in CBT, DBT & FBT approaches to disordered eating. She has a compassionate and collaborative approach to health, determined to improve the lives of all of her clients and those around them. Her specialised areas of nutrition are eating disorders, paediatrics and autism. She completed additional studies in 2025 in Autism Studies and Responsive Feeding Therapies and is the most capable and experienced clinician in this space. As a capable mum and Dietitian, raising two young girls, Caitlin can also empathise with the challenges of feeding children. She enjoys helping both children and parents to confidently tackle fussy eating and problem feeding. Working with families to make mealtimes easier at the same time as optimising their nutritional health and well being is a priority.

Jack Lau

Dietitian

Jack is one of our newest team members, joining our team in 2025. He is bi-lingual in Cantonese/Mandarin and English, committed to culturally respectful practice delivering practical, person-centred nutrition care for his clients, families, and regional communities. Jack trained at Bond University from Queensland (Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice), developing strong clinical skills and evidence-informed nutrition that he translates to his practice. Jack has additional training in Sports Nutrition and Body Composition trained as a Level 1 Anthropometrist and also holds Bronze Pro Personal Trainer Certification. He also completed original research in the area of weight and attitudes towards weight in the community. These additional qualifications and skills make Jack an asset to the team and our regional communities. Beyond one-to-one care, Jack understands systems and food-service realities. He’s contributed to menu reviews for aged-care and hospital sites informs practical recommendations for mealtime management and nutrition quality.

Sally Barlow

Dietitian

Sally joined the Ingrained Nutrition team in 2025, moving from Melbourne after completing a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and a Master of Dietetics. Known for her strong communication and leadership skills, Sally has received Queens Scout Award. She brings an enthusiastic, holistic, person-centred approach to her work. In addition to years as a swim coach, a Scout Leader and team facilitator, this filters into dietetics. She is committed to empowering all individuals, from any circumstance to achieve their goals. Sally has a special interest in chronic disease management, texture-modified diets, and supporting clients with autism and disability. With a strong clinical focus, she is passionate about community engagement and providing evidence-based nutrition care to the Wagga region. In her spare time Sally loves the outdoors, is an avid orienteerer, thriving on the mental and phsyical challenge. She is excited to provide support to the Wagga locals.

Tracy Phegan

Dietitian

Tracy was born and raised in Wagga Wagga and joined the team at Ingrained Nutrition in 2023. She completed her dietetics degree at Charles Sturt University in Wagga in 2004, and in her early career enjoyed working in the Riverina as both a community Dietitian and in private practice. She took a break from dietetics to raise her two beautiful children, but always being drawn to the profession, she completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition in 2019 and returned back to practice in 2023. Tracy has a supportive and holistic approach, and this lends itself to supporting people through managing conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and in weight-and body-composition management. She specialises in complex weight management and menopause. As a mother, Tracy understands the challenges many families face to prepare nutritious, no-fuss meals with limited time. She enjoys this rewarding aspect of working with individuals and families to assist them with making realistic changes that can be maintained long term. Tracy enjoys a morning walk to start her day, a nice glass of red, and spending time with her family and friends.
