Tracy was born and raised in Wagga Wagga and joined the team at Ingrained Nutrition in 2023. She completed her dietetics degree at Charles Sturt University in Wagga in 2004, and in her early career enjoyed working in the Riverina as both a community Dietitian and in private practice.
She took a break from dietetics to raise her two beautiful children, but always being drawn to the profession, she completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition in 2019 and returned back to practice in 2023.
Tracy has a supportive and holistic approach, and this lends itself to supporting people through managing conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and in weight-and body-composition management. She specialises in complex weight management and menopause.
As a mother, Tracy understands the challenges many families face to prepare nutritious, no-fuss meals with limited time. She enjoys this rewarding aspect of working with individuals and families to assist them with making realistic changes that can be maintained long term.
Tracy enjoys a morning walk to start her day, a nice glass of red, and spending time with her family and friends.
