Sally Barlow Dietitian

Sally joined the Ingrained Nutrition team in 2025, moving from Melbourne after completing a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and a Master of Dietetics. Known for her strong communication and leadership skills, Sally has received Queens Scout Award. She brings an enthusiastic, holistic, person-centred approach to her work. In addition to years as a swim coach, a Scout Leader and team facilitator, this filters into dietetics. She is committed to empowering all individuals, from any circumstance to achieve their goals. Sally has a special interest in chronic disease management, texture-modified diets, and supporting clients with autism and disability. With a strong clinical focus, she is passionate about community engagement and providing evidence-based nutrition care to the Wagga region. In her spare time Sally loves the outdoors, is an avid orienteerer, thriving on the mental and phsyical challenge. She is excited to provide support to the Wagga locals.
