Jack is a Senior Accredited Exercise Physiologist and ASCA Strength and Conditioning Coach with extensive experience working across clinical rehabilitation, high-performance sport, and general fitness. He has a strong background supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries, cancer, and chronic health conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, as well as athletes aiming to optimise performance. Holding a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science and a Master of Exercise Physiology, Jack brings a comprehensive understanding of human physiology and evidence-based exercise prescription. He tailors programs to each individual’s needs, focusing on improving strength, mobility, function, and overall physical capacity. Jack’s clinical expertise allows him to deliver specialised rehabilitation programs for neurological conditions, with a compassionate and adaptable approach to suit varying abilities. His strength and conditioning background enables him to support athletes in improving strength, speed, agility, and performance outcomes using proven training principles. Jack also enjoys working with members of the general population who want to improve their fitness and health. With a supportive and motivating coaching style, he empowers clients to build confidence, adopt an active lifestyle, and achieve long-term health and performance goals.

Mr Kaleb Wilden

Physiotherapist

Kaleb is the Senior Physiotherapist and Director of First Step Health Collective, bringing extensive experience across physiotherapy, clinical exercise science, and strength and conditioning. With a strong background in sports and neurological rehabilitation, Kaleb is passionate about helping people achieve optimal performance, recovery, and long-term functional independence. Kaleb has worked with elite athletes across the AFL and AFLW, assisting with game day duties for North Melbourne Football Club, Gold Coast Football Club, Sydney Football Club, Brisbane Football Club, and Geelong Football Club. He has completed APA Sports Physiotherapy Level 1 and Level 2 Dry Needling courses and applies evidence-based, individualised treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and needs. In addition to his sports background, Kaleb has extensive experience delivering neurological rehabilitation for people with acquired brain injuries and progressive neurological conditions. He works with individuals recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, Huntington’s disease, epilepsy, and other neurological conditions across clinic, gym, and home-based settings. Kaleb is deeply passionate about rural health and improving access to high-quality allied health services across the Adelaide Hills and regional South Australia. His commitment to rural healthcare and the physiotherapy profession has been recognised through multiple awards, including the 2023 7 News RDWA Rural Health Award (Grand Finalist), 2022 SA Community Welfare & Innovation Award, 2022 7 News Young Achiever People’s Choice Award, and the 2021 SASMA Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapy Award. Exercise Physiologist

Michelle is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a strong interest in women’s health, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and cardiac and neurological rehabilitation. She has extensive experience supporting older adults, people living with disability, and individuals managing chronic and complex conditions. Michelle delivers evidence-based exercise programs focused on improving strength, balance, bone health, cardiovascular fitness, and functional independence, with a strong emphasis on falls prevention and confidence in daily and community activities. She works closely with NDIS participants and ageing clients to support long-term health, safety, and quality of life.
