Miss Molly Finch

Psychotherapist

My philosophy as a therapist is centred on deeply honouring the unique human in front of me. Rather than focusing on labels or diagnoses —I like to meet people where they are, with curiosity, compassion, and the belief that what they’re going through does not define who they are. Having spent more than a decade working through my own lived experiences, including anxiety, panic attacks, addiction, what some might label as ADHD, and an eating disorder—I’ve come to see the immense power we each hold inside; the power to heal and to evolve. Supported by years of self-exploration, meditation, and the presence of compassionate therapists and loved ones, I discovered that healing is not about fixing ourselves, but about reconnecting with who we really are. I feel especially drawn to working with deep thinkers, sensitive souls, and the so-called “black sheep”—those who often feel like outsiders, yet carry profound insight and depth. Whether I’m supporting adults or teens, I aim to create a therapeutic space that’s collaborative, curious, and grounded in presence, where all parts of you are welcome and nothing needs to be performed or hidden. Drawing on a psychotherapeutic approach, along with my training as a Holistic Counsellor and Meditation Therapist, I focus on areas such as chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and personal and spiritual growth. I have a particular interest in men’s wellbeing and creating safe, supportive spaces for men to explore emotional health—while also deeply valuing the unique journeys of women, teens, and humans of all identities. My approach is about helping you access your inner resources, develop a strong internal compass, and address things from the root—so you can move forward with greater clarity, empowerment, and authenticity.

Mr Jason Weel

Psychologist

Jason is a psychologist who approaches therapy as a deeply human sacred space, one that invites reflection, honesty, and courage. Rooted in an existential perspective, his work centres on questions of meaning, authenticity, freedom, and belonging, rather than focusing solely on diagnosis or symptom relief. Jason helps fellow humans to explore how they relate to life’s uncertainties and how one might live with greater intention and self-understanding. Jason offers a space to pause and examine what it means to live fully to face anxiety, loss, suffering, or transition not as problems to be fixed, but as invitations to connect more deeply with oneself and the world. Jason’s approach is integrative, compassionate, and reflective, whilst grounded in the belief that growth begins when we turn toward, rather than away from, the challenges of existence. I see therapy not as fixing, but as an honest engagement with life's essential questions. My treatment philosophy is built and nourished from the understanding, and connection of the human in front of me. There are no premeditated treatment plans, or labels prior to contact.

Mrs Kelly Redhead

Psychologist

Kelly is a compassionate and experienced psychologist with over two decades of practice across diverse mental health settings in both the UK and Australia. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing occurs when we are met with presence, compassion, and deep respect for the whole person — mind, body, heart, and spirit. She values kindness, creativity, curiosity, and meaning as essential pathways to transformation. As a mother of three teenagers, including twins, Kelly understands the complexity of life’s seasons and the ways joy and suffering often coexist. Through her own experiences of loss, trauma, and mental health challenges, she has come to know that healing is not about “fixing” ourselves, but about remembering, reconnecting, and coming home to who we truly are. This lived wisdom allows her to meet clients with humility and authenticity, honouring each person as the expert in their own inner world. Kelly walks alongside you as a steady, compassionate guide as you navigate your inner and outer landscapes. Kelly is deeply committed to ongoing personal, professional, and spiritual growth. Her background spans community mental health, integrative and alternative therapies, and a wide range of supportive roles including case management, cancer support, NDIS coordination, and group facilitation. She has facilitated mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), yoga for mental health, and perinatal and postpartum playgroups, and has supervised teams of outreach mental health workers. Kelly is trained in the “black and white,” yet consciously practices in the “grey” — the liminal space where emotional truth, nervous system healing, meaning-making, and spiritual insight meet. She offers a warm, grounded, and sacred therapeutic space where all parts of you are welcome. This includes the wounded parts, protective parts, inner child parts, and the deeper Self that holds wisdom, compassion, and clarity. Kelly recognises that for many people, spirituality — whether expressed through faith, nature, intuition, energy, inner knowing, or a sense of connection to something greater — is central to healing, integration, and purpose. Therapeutic Approaches Kelly’s approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and spiritually integrative. She draws from evidence-based and depth-oriented modalities including: Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, attachment wounds, and nervous system repair Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practices, supporting compassionate relationships with parts and strengthening access to Self-energy Somatic-based therapies to support embodied awareness and regulation Mindfulness-based approaches, including MBSR Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) where appropriate Energy psychology approaches, including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Spiritually-informed practices that honour intuition, values, meaning, and the client’s unique spiritual or existential framework Kelly views healing as a multidimensional process — cognitive, emotional, relational, embodied, and spiritual. Therapy is a collaborative space to gently explore what has been held, what longs to be seen, and what is ready to be released or integrated. Kelly has a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, perimenopause, identity shifts, and major life transitions — especially when there is a longing for deeper meaning, reconnection, and wholeness. She is devoted to walking alongside you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom, cultivate self-leadership, and move toward greater peace, purpose, and embodied presence in your life.
