Overview

Jason is a psychologist who approaches therapy as a deeply human sacred space, one that invites reflection, honesty, and courage. Rooted in an existential perspective, his work centres on questions of meaning, authenticity, freedom, and belonging, rather than focusing solely on diagnosis or symptom relief. Jason helps fellow humans to explore how they relate to life’s uncertainties and how one might live with greater intention and self-understanding. Jason offers a space to pause and examine what it means to live fully to face anxiety, loss, suffering, or transition not as problems to be fixed, but as invitations to connect more deeply with oneself and the world. Jason’s approach is integrative, compassionate, and reflective, whilst grounded in the belief that growth begins when we turn toward, rather than away from, the challenges of existence. I see therapy not as fixing, but as an honest engagement with life's essential questions. My treatment philosophy is built and nourished from the understanding, and connection of the human in front of me. There are no premeditated treatment plans, or labels prior to contact.
