I am a registered psychologist with experience in private practice, forensics, community allied health, and leadership. I have worked with people across all walks of life and am passionate about creating safe, authentic spaces where people feel seen and supported. I bring an empathetic, down-to-earth approach to therapy, and believe in the benefit of rapport, trust, and collaboration for meaningful outcomes. My style is collaborative, person-centred and non-judgemental. I try to create meaningful, safe therapeutic conversations to help develop my clients’ insight, reduce their distress and empower them.
Outside of work, I’m a lover of puzzles, a good book, and animals. I enjoy nature walks and understand that rest and self-care is critical for strong mental health.
