As a psychologist, I foster a warm, collaborative and supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship is fundamental to effective therapy, and I take a person-centred approach that respects each client’s unique experiences and strengths.
I provide neuro-affirming, trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. I work with adolescents and adults across a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, relationship and social challenges, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem concerns, ADHD, autism, grief, trauma and stress.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based interventions.
My aim is to help clients gain insight into themselves while developing skills to enhance wellbeing and quality of life. I prioritise an inclusive therapeutic environment that affirms and values each client’s unique identity and perspective.
