With experience in hospitals, aged care, private practice, home care, and community settings, Bianca has worked with both adults and children across a wide range of areas, including: - Digestive issues - Eating disorders - Diabetes and weight management (including bariatric surgery) - Kidney disease - Tube feeding (enteral nutrition) - Sensory feeding challenges - Malnutrition She has a strong passion for supporting people with disabilities, especially neurodivergent individuals, and has worked with clients with: - Autism - Down syndrome - ADHD - Intellectual disabilities - Acquired brain injuries - Dementia and Alzheimer’s Bianca’s approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. Her journey into nutrition began with her own recovery from an eating disorder, inspiring her to support others in developing a healthy mindset around food and wellness.
