Lisa is an empathetic and practical dietitian who partners with clients to create achievable, long-term habits without the pressure of restriction or fad diets. As a certified health coach, she also provides motivation and emotional support to help clients feel confident in managing their health.
Areas of experience include:
- NDIS participants (children through to older adults – currently not accepting paediatric referrals)
- Physical, intellectual & cognitive disabilities, such as:
- ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy
- Chromosomal Deletion Disorders, Down Syndrome
- Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis
- Early-onset Alzheimer’s, Huntington’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease
- Psychosocial disabilities, including Complex PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia
- Bariatric surgery & weight management – assessment, education, and long-term nutrition support
Outside of work, Lisa loves to travel, having lived and worked in three countries. She enjoys being active and spending time outdoors with family and friends, especially hiking, swimming, and camping.
