Lena is a passionate and client-focused dietitian who takes the time to truly understand each person’s needs, empowering them to reach their goals and become their best self. Her holistic approach recognises that health and wellbeing go far beyond just food and nutrition.
She brings broad experience across the lifespan in community settings, including:
– Home care
– Private practice
– Health coaching
– Residential aged care
Lena is trained in Trauma Informed Care and deeply understands the harm caused by restrictive diets and eating disorders—both professionally and personally.
She has worked with NDIS clients from diverse backgrounds, including:
– Mental health and psychosocial disabilities
– Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
– Down Syndrome
– Intellectual disabilities
– Acquired Brain Injury
– Huntington’s Disease
– Multiple Sclerosis
Lena especially enjoys supporting children with sensory food challenges and fussy eating, working closely with families and support networks to build positive relationships with food.
Outside of work, Lena loves spending time in nature—camping, hiking, bike riding, and relaxing at the beach with her dog Herbie. Food is her love language, so you’ll often find her cooking or sharing meals with loved ones.
