Carrina Hampton MH Social Worker | Family Therapist | Hypnotherapist Carrina is a mental health social worker, registered family therapist and clinical hypnotherapist who had been practicing in Bunbury for almost 20 years. Carrina is our Director and leads our therapeutic, community service and administrative teams. Carrina has a passion for human experiences, from perinatal wellbeing, parenting, child, adolescent and adult mental health, marital and relationship support. She works with individual, couples and families. Carrina also leads our partner programs / services Beer and Bubs: Childbirth Education for Men at the Pub, Blended! Happy Parenting in a Non-Nuclear World, Willow Training College, and aMaze Parenting. Prior to commencing my social work studies, I worked within the Bhutanese judiciary as a Court Registrar, where I developed experience in legal processes, child-friendly practice, dispute resolution, and supporting individuals navigating complex personal and legal matters. This background has strengthened my understanding of advocacy, ethical practice, and trauma-informed support. I am passionate about promoting social justice, wellbeing, and culturally responsive practice, with a strong commitment to supporting individuals, families, and vulnerable communities through compassionate and person-centred care. Gabriella is a registered counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist who supports adults navigating a wide range of personal and emotional challenges. She provides compassionate, person-centred care that is trauma-informed and integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. In addition to Telehealth appointments, Gabriella offers face-to-face counselling and walk-and-talk sessions in Busselton. Gabriella has a particular interest in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief and loss, family and relationship challenges, and the emotional impacts of substance use within families. Her professional experience includes working within therapeutic communities in alcohol and other drug recovery, facilitating support groups for family members affected by a loved one’s addiction, and providing counselling in private practice settings. Katie Smoker – Counselling & Psychotherapy Katie Smoker is a compassionate and dedicated counsellor and psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, and families. She combines a strong academic foundation in psychology and counselling with advanced clinical training, and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling. Thelma supports individuals, young people, and families seeking counselling for a range of emotional and psychosocial concerns.
