Felicity completed her Masters of Dietetics from Deakin University and has since gained experience as a Accredited Practicing Dietitian working in private practice and research. Felicity remains committed to ongoing professional development and is a Certified Fertility and Prenatal Dietitian with additional studies in nutritional management of fertility, prenatal and pregnancy nutrition, endometriosis, PCOS and IBS. Felicity practices with a client -centered approach aiming to empower individuals to improve their health. She achieves this by providing personalised nutritional guidance that encourages sustainable lifestyle changes to improve nutrition and overall health. Felicity is passionate about women’s health, particularly all things fertility, prenatal and pregnancy nutrition. Additionally, Felicity has a special interest the nutritional management of endometriosis having lived experience with the positive impact’s nutrition can have on symptom management. Felicity is a lover of food and believes food to be more than just nutritional goodness but that food should be accessible, affordable, flexible, and most importantly enjoyable!

Fiona is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who has gained years of valuable experience as a Private Practice Dietitian in Sydney.She enjoys helping her clients improve their health and wellbeingusing a positive and practical approach. Fiona specialises in the areas of weight management, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, irritable bowel syndrome (using theFODMAP approach), food allergies and intolerances, arthritis and inflammatory joint disease. As a keen runner, she also has a particular interest in the effect of nutrition on sports performance. Fiona has completed a Certificate III in Fitness and a Sports Nutrition Course at the Australian Institute of Sport.She enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion in this area. Ms Katharine Jones

Dietitian

Kate is an accredited practicing dietitian with many years of experience working as a clinical dietitian within the inpatient and outpatient hospital setting. She also has experience working in regional and metropolitan based private practices, corporate health, as well as recipe development and nutrition writing. Kate’s key interest is all things diabetes including T1DM, T2DM, gestational diabetes, insulin pumps and CGM. She is currently working towards credentialing as a Diabetes Educator and spends most of her time working as a Senior diabetes in a busy Hospital based Diabetes service. Kate takes a client-centred approach with all her patients. She understands that one size does not fit all and every client is a unique individual with their own challenges and different goals. Kate’s goal is to empower her clients with the knowledge and skills to achieve their goals and be their healthiest selves. As well as diabetes, Kate’s other areas of practice include weight management, high cholesterol, PCOS, female nutrition including fertility and pre-natal nutrition, emotional eating and improving one's relationship with food.
