Fiona is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who has gained years of valuable experience as a Private Practice Dietitian in Sydney.She enjoys helping her clients improve their health and wellbeingusing a positive and practical approach. Fiona specialises in the areas of weight management, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, irritable bowel syndrome (using theFODMAP approach), food allergies and intolerances, arthritis and inflammatory joint disease. As a keen runner, she also has a particular interest in the effect of nutrition on sports performance. Fiona has completed a Certificate III in Fitness and a Sports Nutrition Course at the Australian Institute of Sport.She enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion in this area.
