Dietitian

Erika is a qualified Accredited Practicing Dietitian who is passionate about empowering others to make their health goals a reality. She understands making lifestyle change is not always simple so she is dedicated to working with her clients to understand their individual lifestyles and provide practical advice personalised and tailored to each unique person. By setting small achievable health behaviour changes that are realistic for her clients, Erika ensures they can sustain their healthy habits lifelong. With her expert knowledge in the interaction between food, nutrients and our health, Erika consults a range of conditions including weight management, diabetes, heart disease, PCOS and gut health. She also has a strong interest in plant-based nutrition, its role in preventing chronic disease and improving our gut and mental health and is passionate about helping others easily plan a nutritionally balanced plant-based diet. In her spare time, Erika enjoys getting outdoors, taking long walks and finding new cafes to enjoy food with her family and friends. She believes the social settings and the people we enjoy food with are equally important as the nutrients within them and carries this belief through the way she practices.

Mrs Dimitra Harpas

Dietitian

Dimi is a qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about helping her clients on their journey to better health through collaboration, support and compassion. Dimi graduated from Sydney University in 2014 with an honours degree in Science (Nutrition) and has had experience working in hospitals, the community and extensive experience in private practice. Dimi enjoys empowering her clients to establish a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Dimi uses a holistic approach to ensure her clients get the most out of their sessions by assisting them to make steady and sustainable changes that will benefit them for the long term. In her spare time, Dimi enjoys going on adventures with her husband and two (very) active toddlers, cooking, trying out new cafes and doing pilates & yoga. Mrs Michelle Theodosi (nee Nearchou)

Michelle is dedicated to helping others achieve their health goals. With a passion for making a healthy lifestyle not only achievable but also sustainable. Michelle is one of a handful of Dietitian’s in Australia with qualifications in both Dietetics and Psychology. This combination of skills enables her to take a scientific yet practical approach to nutrition care, which she delivers to her clients in ways that are easy to understand and apply. She take the time to listen to what her clients really want to achieve and works together with them to develop a practical and individualised plan, taking into account each person's unique challenges and goals. Using techniques including motivational interviewing, Michelle is able to instil self confidence and empowerment over making these changes without restriction and whilst maintaining a positive mindset around food. Michelle has a hunger for learning and is committed to continuing to provide the most up to date, evidence based interventions, which is so important in constantly evolving area such as nutrition. With a love of food and passion for cooking, in her spare time Michelle enjoys experimenting with new recipes, being active outdoors and teaching piano. She believes that health should not be a limiting factor for anybody, and loves that she gets to help others make this a reality everyday.

Sarah Lombardi

Dietitian

Sarah is a qualified Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Exercise and Sport Scientist who understands that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to improving nutrition and health. She takes the time to learn about how her clients’ eating and drinking patterns are influenced by their culture, mood, attitudes and social settings, so that she can personalise her interventions to their needs, preferences and perspectives. Sarah is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the confusing and misleading health messages presented in the media, and uses the most up to date, evidence-based research to separate fact from fiction.
