Days available: Tuesday & Thursday Tayla is a warm and collaborative provisional psychologist who is passionate about supporting adolescents and young people through emotional, social, and developmental challenges. She has worked in primary and secondary school settings, as well as private practice, where she has supported young clients experiencing a broad range of psychological concerns. Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies. She strives to create a therapeutic space built on trust, safety, and kindness, and is committed to helping young people build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced) (University of Adelaide)
  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) (RMIT)
  • Currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology (ISN Psychology)

  • Registered provider with Care in Mind
