Tanya is an Exercise Physiologist who bridges the gap between rehab and real-world training. She helps people move better, feel stronger, and actually feel comfortable in the gym.
She has a strong focus on women’s health, gender-diverse care, and musculoskeletal conditions with a special interest in supporting her clients across different life stages to improve both physical and mental well-being. Tanya recognises the unique challenges people face in their fitness journeys and takes a holistic approach to build strength in both body and mind.
She’s especially passionate about working with EDS, hypermobility, and POTS, helping people navigate complex symptoms like pain, fatigue, and dizziness in a way that feels manageable and empowering.
