David Hoffman

David Hoffman is a qualified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach currently undertaking studies in a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. David was an avid rugby player who has used his love of sport to achieve nationals qualifications within APU! His many years of experience competing within various sports has developed a plethora of coaching skills. This coupled with years in the fitness industry makes David an experienced coach with an ample skillset he is able to utilise with his clients. David is a coach who is eager to be creative with his approach to ensure clients are able to get the utmost out of their training and has a key interest in ensuring his clients are able to reach their training goals efficiently. Miss Annie Daly

Annie is a Senior Exercise Physiologist with a strong clinical focus on Women’s Health. Annie is dedicated to supporting women to feel strong, capable and confident in their bodies at every stage of life. She works with women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery and the management of conditions such as pelvic floor dysfunction, endometriosis, PCOS and the transitions of peri-menopause and menopause. With advanced training in women’s health and postpartum return to impact exercise, Annie brings a high level of clinical expertise to her practice. She is particularly passionate about helping women safely return to running, strength training and higher impact exercise, with a focus on long term function, performance and confidence. Her approach is evidence-based, individualised and empowering, combining education with practical strategies so clients feel supported and in control of their training. Outside of the clinic, Annie enjoys training for triathlons, which further shapes her interest in performance-based training and returning women to higher levels of activity safely and confidently.

Mr Tom Haynes

Exercise Physiologist

Tom Haynes is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and strength sports performance. He works with clients to help manage chronic conditions by employing pain reduction strategies and improving mobility in order to help clients to move and live well. Tom comprehensively investigates acute musculoskeletal conditions and applies evidence-based treatment in innovative ways, with particular interests in the treatment of shoulder, lower back, hip, knees and ankle conditions.

Tanya is an Exercise Physiologist who bridges the gap between rehab and real-world training. She helps people move better, feel stronger, and actually feel comfortable in the gym. She has a strong focus on women’s health, gender-diverse care, and musculoskeletal conditions with a special interest in supporting her clients across different life stages to improve both physical and mental well-being. Tanya recognises the unique challenges people face in their fitness journeys and takes a holistic approach to build strength in both body and mind. She’s especially passionate about working with EDS, hypermobility, and POTS, helping people navigate complex symptoms like pain, fatigue, and dizziness in a way that feels manageable and empowering.
