David was an avid rugby player who has used his love of sport to achieve nationals qualifications within APU! His many years of experience competing within various sports has developed a plethora of coaching skills. This coupled with years in the fitness industry makes David an experienced coach with an ample skillset he is able to utilise with his clients. David is a coach who is eager to be creative with his approach to ensure clients are able to get the utmost out of their training and has a key interest in ensuring his clients are able to reach their training goals efficiently. Tom Haynes is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and strength sports performance. He works with clients to help manage chronic conditions by employing pain reduction strategies and improving mobility in order to help clients to move and live well. Tom comprehensively investigates acute musculoskeletal conditions and applies evidence-based treatment in innovative ways, with particular interests in the treatment of shoulder, lower back, hip, knees and ankle conditions.
