Stephanie Scane Psychologist

Stephanie is a registered psychologist who has completed a Master of Clinical Psychology and is dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centred care to adults. With experience in public mental health, Stephanie has supported clients facing complex and long-term challenges and has also provided psychological and academic support to university students. Stephanie utilizes a broad array of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, mindfulness practices, exposure therapy, and psychoeducation. She has worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, personality disorders, substance use issues, and general life stress. Stephanie has a keen interest in supporting clients with borderline personality disorder and those from gender and sexually diverse communities. With a warm and collaborative approach, Stephanie focuses on building trust and authenticity in her therapeutic relationships.
