Daniella (she/her) is a friendly and warm psychologist with the goal of helping her clients feel more connection and joy in their lives. She invites clients into a non-judgmental, caring space where they can feel seen and understood, and supports them to feel empowered throughout their personal recovery and growth journey.
She works with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism, and is passionate about developing self-compassion, self-understanding, and flexibility in how clients approach themselves, their relationships, and the world. Daniella supports clients with experiences of anxiety disorders, depression, and stress, as well as navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, study and work challenges, addiction, and recent or historical trauma.
She values creating a safe and affirming space for each person to be themselves, and is neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTIQA+ friendly, and enjoys working with those in the sex worker community and those exploring non-traditional relationship structures.
Daniella tailors therapy to the individual, drawing from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), with elements of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), all within a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming framework. She holds a Masters of Clinical Psychology from Charles Sturt University and has experience across private, public, and specialist clinics, working with clients both face-to-face and via telehealth.
Daniella currently see clients via telehealth on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and will be available in-clinic from September
