Lotus is a Sunshine Coast-based counselling and psychotherapy practice operated by an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker supporting adults across the lifespan. We provide compassionate, evidence-based counselling, specialising in EMDR and Psychotherapy. We focus on the whole person, recognising that our mental health is shaped by our experiences, relationships and environments. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, creating the conditions for meaningful and lasting change across the following clinical areas: Trauma & PTSD Anxiety & Stress Grief & Adjustment ADHD & Neurodivergence Perinatal & Parenting First Responders Clinical Supervision GP referrals for patients accessing a Mental Health Care Plan and can be sent directly to our email or via Medical Objects. Counselling is available nationwide via Telehealth. We accept NDIS (self/plan managed), Victims Services NSW, QPS Self Refer, and other third party funders - contact us to find out more. Lotus Embodied Therapy is registered and accredited with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and adheres to its regulatory standards for mental health social work practice. Lotus is an associate member of EMDR Association of Australia. I also provide clinical supervision to social workers, counsellors, psychologists and other allied health practitioners.
