I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with more than 10 years of clinical experience supporting adults experiencing the impact of complex life experiences, including trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, grief, ADHD, and significant life transitions. I also provide clinical supervision to social workers, counsellors, psychologists and other allied health practitioners. My approach is grounded in the belief that people are remarkably adaptive, and that emotional distress makes sense when it is understood within the context of our experiences, relationships, and nervous system. I integrate evidence-based psychological therapies with EMDR and somatic psychotherapy to help people make sense of complex experiences, understand the adaptive patterns that have developed over time, and develop new ways of responding that better support the life they want to live. Therapy is collaborative, relational, and tailored to your individual needs. Whether you are seeking support for a recent life event or longstanding challenges, my aim is to provide a compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your capacity to respond to life's challenges, and move towards the life that is important to you. GP referrals for patients accessing a Mental Health Care Plan and can be sent directly to our email or via Medical Objects. Counselling is available nationwide via Telehealth.
