Lotus Embodied Therapy is a mental health practice based on the Sunshine Coast, providing therapeutic support for women and families across the lifespan. Counselling has a trauma-informed approach that supports people across the lifespan through overwhelm, stress, burnout, grief and life transitions.
As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW), I provide evidence-based Focused Psychological Strategies under the Better Access Initiative, with Medicare rebates available for eligible clients referred by their GP with a Mental Health Care Plan.
Lotus Embodied Therapy is registered and accredited with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and adheres to its regulatory standards for mental health social work practice.

Social Worker
I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) and Somatic Psychotherapist supporting women and families across the lifespan to achieve their mental health goals. My approach is trauma-informed, gender-sensitive, and recovery-oriented, drawing on a range of evidence-based brain and body modalities to support emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful change.
GP referrals are made under a Mental Health Care Plan and Professional supervision for Social Workers and Allied Health professionals. I provide therapeutic support across multiple access pathways, including Victims Services NSW, QPS Self-Referral, NDIS (Self and Plan Managed).
My services are available nationwide, with flexible options for in-person, online, or phone appointments.
