Dr Stephanie Jones

Psychologist

Stephanie sees adults, older adults, and older adolescents (aged 16+) for individual therapy. She enjoys creating a safe and supportive relationship with her clients, and using this foundation to help them overcome problems and build a satisfying life. Stephanie is particularly interested in helping people overcome anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma. She has a neurodiversity-affirming approach in her work with ADHD, autistic, and otherwise neurodivergent clients, she is LGBTQIA+, poly- and kink-friendly, and she welcomes clients of all cultural, linguistic, and religious backgrounds. Stephanie now also offers neurodiversity-affirming autism assessments for adults.

Mrs Jay Anderson

Jay provides services in southwest Western Australia at the Southwest Wellbeing Centre. Jay has worked in the Human Services field for about 25 years, of which the last 10 years have involved therapeutic work. Jay's passion is "making a difference" and she works with adults as well as children. She enjoys a wholistic focus on human wellbeing and working collaboratively with the client and associated professionals. She has a strong interest in Animal Assisted Therapy and her dog has engaged in therapy with her for a few years now. Jay looks forward to working with you so that life can be positively different!!

Ms Anunda Merz

Counsellor

Anunda Merz has 20+yrs experience in the mental health sector and as a therapist working with individuals/couples, & facilitating art therapeutic programs. She's a senior counsellor with an NGO and also offer's therapeutic services in a private practice for adult individuals and couples as well as clinical supervision and case consultation to other therapists. Her approach is holistic and client focused. She specializes in Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS institute and IFSCA trained). IFS is an evidence-based and compassionate approach that helps people heal from trauma, emotional pain, and self-criticism. It takes the view that there are no ‘bad’ parts of Self, just parts that take on extreme roles to help protect vulnerabilities. Other therapies include IFS-informed EMDR, Somatic awareness, ACT therapy, & art therapeutic strategies.

Nadja Blythe

Nadia (“Nadja”) Blythe – Registered Psychologist Nadia Blythe (often known as Nadja) is a Registered Psychologist with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a range of emotional, behavioural, and developmental presentations. She has a strong interest in trauma-informed practice and utilises evidence-based approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and improve emotional wellbeing. Nadja has training and experience in trauma treatment and child-centred play therapy, allowing her to work effectively with younger clients who may find it difficult to express their experiences through words alone. Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and developmentally responsive, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive space for clients and families. In addition to therapy, Nadja is able to conduct psychological assessments, contributing to diagnostic clarification and treatment planning. She has experience supporting individuals presenting with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, family conflict, and life transitions. Nadja works with clients and families to develop practical strategies that support emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and long-term wellbeing. Her practice is grounded in a client-centred and trauma-informed framework, ensuring that care is tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
