Miss Jess Naskopoulos

Psychologist (Provisional)

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centred, guided by core values of compassion, authenticity, curiosity, empowerment, and respect. I take a holistic approach to mental health, recognising the deep connection between the mind, body, and environment. I aim to support clients in understanding themselves more fully, emotionally, cognitively, and physically, so they can create meaningful and sustainable change in their lives. I enjoy working with young adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, low self worth, life transitions, identity development, stress, and building a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Drawing from evidence based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness based interventions, I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs. I am passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. It is a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they reconnect with their values, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Ms Stephanie Stewart(She/her)

Social Worker

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, I am dedicated to supporting people achieve their mental health and wellbeing goals through a holistic approach. My core values include curiosity, respect, empowerment and compassion. I aim to provide warm, collaborative, inclusive, and safe spaces where trust and therapeutic relationships can flourish. My approach is trauma-informed, developmentally aware, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. I create a non-judgmental environment, allowing people to be themselves and ensure gender and neurodiverse affirming practices. I believe in building authentic relationships and continuously reflecting to learn and grow alongside the people I have the privilege of supporting. I enjoy working collaboratively with individuals to explore various areas such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, identity and belonging, grief and loss, life adjustments, trauma, substance use, and stress. I’m particularly interested in working with young people and exploring the intersectional domains of a person’s life, helping them gain a deeper understanding of themselves. With 10 years of experience across Victoria and the Northern Territory in community mental health and substance use sectors, I have a range of therapeutic tools to ensure a person-centered and flexible approach. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Sensory Modulation, Motivational Interviewing, and Systems Perspectives.
