I enjoy working with young adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, low self worth, life transitions, identity development, stress, and building a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
Drawing from evidence based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness based interventions, I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs.
