We are dedicated to providing you with high quality care so that you can achieve your desired mental health goals. Our treatment plans, therapies and assessments are all evidence-based, however, we also recognise that you may want a more holistic, interpersonal and integrated approach tailored to your own unique needs. At SeeChange we provide safe, professional, trauma informed care to both adults, adolescents and families. We offer Face-to-Face and Telehealth appointments and also provide educational support and group workshops. Pop in to our SeeChange clinic, it's a beautiful warm and welcoming environment, it's a place for you to safely ask questions, explore your concerns and issues, and take the steps towards growth, healing and change.
