I have a special passion for perinatal mental health and supporting clients through the transformative journey of becoming parents.

My practice integrates a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, schema therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I have a particular interest in using EMDR therapy to process trauma and core beliefs in a safe and supportive environment.
