Sarah Branchflower (She/her)Psychologist

Everyday Psychology & Wellbeing 32 Princes Street, Carlton North, Victoria, 3054

Overview

I have a friendly, down-to-earth approach and work hard to develop a positive and trusting relationship where clients feel truly heard and supported. I have extensive experience supporting adults and adolescents through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, perinatal mental health concerns, trauma, stress management, life adjustments, and parenting concerns. I have a special passion for perinatal mental health and supporting clients through the transformative journey of becoming parents. I believe in a collaborative approach, tailoring treatment plans to your unique goals and preferences. My goal is to create a compassionate space where we can build insight together, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. My practice integrates a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, schema therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I have a particular interest in using EMDR therapy to process trauma and core beliefs in a safe and supportive environment.
