Salihan offers a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly about what's going on in your life. She works with care, compassion, and respect, and tailors counselling to your individual needs and goals.
Salihan has a particular focus on women's mental health and neurodivergent adults, including people with autism and ADHD. She holds specialist training in these areas and brings a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed approach. Salihan also works with cultural identity, intergenerational expectations, and belonging across cultures. Sessions are available in English or Malay.
Salihan is trained in crisis support, suicide intervention, and domestic and family violence response (LivingWorks, Mental Health First Aid, Lifeline-accredited training) and works supportively alongside your GP or crisis services where needed.
You might seek counselling if you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, emotionally drained, burnt out, stuck, or affected by trauma, loss, or grief. Counselling can also be helpful if you are navigating a difficult life change, struggling with relationships, identity, self-esteem, or simply wanting a space to talk things through.
Salihan works with adults aged 18 and over. Appointments are available in person or online (video). No referral is required.
