If you're a woman whose wellbeing is intertwined with what's happening in your body, your stage of life, or society's expectations, or an adult making sense of an autism or ADHD diagnosis, I'd like to hear about it. I don't believe in fixing people. I'm more interested in understanding you, what has shaped you, and what you actually need. My approach is mostly conversation, but I draw on practical strategies when they're useful, and sometimes creative approaches when words aren't quite enough. It's something I understand from the inside. I can also help you navigate cultural identity, intergenerational expectations, and belonging across cultures. Sessions in English or Malay.
