Therapy with Rani
I see my role as a psychologist to be a guide, dedicated to supporting and empowering people on their journey to navigate life's challenges with resilience and compassion. I work from a holistic, trauma informed perspective and believe that achieving balance and well-being involves working with the mind, body, environment, relationships, and purpose. By addressing all of these aspects, individuals can embark on a journey towards lasting positive change.
My therapeutic approach prioritises respect, collaboration, and empathy with a focus on building trust and safety. I have experience in a range of therapeutic approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS informed, and Solution Focused therapy> I will tailor treatment plans to each individual’s specific needs, personality and preferences. I work with a wide range of presenting challenges and have a special interest in working alongside people who have experienced complex trauma and members of vulnerable or marginalised communities.
