Rachelle takes a warm, non-judgemental and collaborative approach to therapy. She values developing an authentic therapeutic space for clients to feel safe and supported. She focuses on helping clients to explore their experiences and identity at a pace that feels right for them and to feel empowered to make changes to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. Her approach is sex-positive, gender-affirming, and person-centred.
Rachelle has a background in providing affirming support for the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent clients, and those in non-monogamous relationships. She has experience in supporting adolescent and adult clients across a wide range of mental health concerns, including with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, complex trauma, grief, stress, and adjusting to change. Rachelle draws from a number of therapeutic modalities, tailoring treatment to the needs and goals of her clients.
Rachelle works with clients navigating changes and transitions in relationships (including separation support and infidelity). Rachelle is particularly interested in supporting clients with desire and arousal dissatisfaction (including libido differences and erectile difficulties), as well as orgasm-related difficulties (such as anorgasmia, orgasmic anhedonia, and premature ejaculation). Rachelle is committed to providing affirming support for LGBTQIA+ individuals, those engaged in kink and non-monogamous relationships, sex workers, and clients seeking sexual education.
Outside of work, Rachelle enjoys gardening, playing cosy games, and hanging out with her two cats.
