Passionate about headaches, cervical spine, and chronic pain management, I bring experience in both chronic pain and sports injury rehabilitation. My work has included supporting advanced rowing athletes, New Zealand and Otago Rugby League players, as well as collaborating closely with the Auckland Regional Chronic Pain Management Service in New Zealand. With a Master’s in Physiotherapy and an Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy endorsement, my approach balances holistic care with practical, evidence-based solutions. Transparency and precision in diagnostics are at the core of my practice, allowing me to solve complex cases effectively. Fluent in Mandarin and dedicated to patient-centered care, I strive to help individuals regain movement, confidence, and a better quality of life.

Mr Andrew Belli (Health Coordinator)

Social Worker

Social Work experience in Case Management within Youth Justice, Child Protection, Adult Justice, Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol, Community Engagement. Experience as a Careers Counsellor (Secondary Education) and also as a Field Officer which included supporting and mentoring young people/young adults to complete their Traineeships & Apprenticeships, including support with both employment (Group Training) and education (Registered Training). Background in Music both as a player (guitar, bass guitar) in different bands and acoustic duos/trios and also in management. Experience working as a Player Welfare Manager within the AFL (VFL Competition).

Mr Charlie Healy

Exercise Physiologist

I am an ESSA accredited exercise scientist working with Pro Active health. I have gained experience working with a variety of clients alongside other allied health professionals. My interest is in improving the quality of life of my clients through individualised programs incorporating exercise-based prevention and rehabilitation strategies. Previously I have worked with a wide range of conditions including musculoskeletal conditions (lumbar spondylosis, osteoarthritis), type 2 diabetes, COPD and hypertension. I am working across the multi discipline clinic at Ringwood Monday to Friday.

Mr Francois le Roux

Exercise Physiologist

I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who has been working with Pro-Active Health to help people of all ages through their injury rehabilitation and management of chronic conditions, through the use of exercise intervention. I most commonly work with clients to manage their Lower Back Pain, Osteoarthritis, and Type 2 Diabetes, however I have years of experience working with a whole range of other chronic conditions and injuries. I work out of our Ringwood and Lilydale sites, mainly seeing clients under DVA, however I'm able to provide treatment through other funding services if need be (NDIS, TAC, Medicare etc). I believe that it's important to design an individualised approach for each client and to create an enjoyable & welcoming environment for everyone that accesses our services.

Taylah Metaxas

Exercise Physiologist

Graduating in 2020 from Victoria University with a Masters in Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, Taylah has spent 5 years working in the field as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Taylah is passionate about assisting individuals in optimizing their function and achieving their goals, and currently works with a wide range of individuals with a multitude of conditions. Taylah has a special interest in disease management through exercise therapy, and currently works closely with Veteran populations, focusing on the benefits of exercise in regards to mental health.
