I have been working as an Exercise Physiologist for the past 18 months after spending five years as an Allied Health Assistant in community and neurological rehabilitation. My experience has given me a strong foundation in supporting people with a wide range of conditions and understanding the importance of a holistic, client-centred approach to care.
I began my career as an Exercise Physiologist at Donvale Rehabilitation Hospital, where I coordinated and delivered a cardiac rehabilitation program and worked extensively with patients recovering from hip and knee replacement surgery. These experiences strengthened my passion for rehabilitation and helping people regain their strength, mobility, and confidence.
I have a particular interest in neurological rehabilitation, especially working with people living with Parkinson's disease. I find it incredibly rewarding to help people maintain their independence and improve their function through targeted exercise.
My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where every client feels heard, motivated, and empowered to achieve the best possible outcomes.
