In his role, he delivers tailored exercise programs that support rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and improved mental well-being. With a strong clinical foundation and a client-focused approach, he helps individuals build functional strength, manage pain, and achieve sustainable health outcomes. Outside of his professional work, he is passionate about fitness and movement, with a particular interest in calisthenics. He enjoys staying active, going to the gym, and catching up with friends over coffee.

Sarah is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Sarah has been involved with sport from a young age and has interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. This includes working with local football teams in injury management. Sarah has many years experience working with DVA populations and assisting veterans to manage acute and chronic concerns. Sarah has a particular interest in Women’s health and using techniques including Pilates to help with treatment.
