My area of focus is gut health, where I am expanding my knowledge with professional development on the Monash Low FODMAP Diet. Sarah is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Sarah has been involved with sport from a young age and has interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. This includes working with local football teams in injury management. Sarah has many years experience working with DVA populations and assisting veterans to manage acute and chronic concerns. Sarah has a particular interest in Women’s health and using techniques including Pilates to help with treatment.
