Mr Liam Daley Exercise Physiologist

As an Exercise Physiologist, I am passionate about helping people achieve their health, rehabilitation, and performance goals through evidence-based exercise. I have a strong interest in strength and conditioning, sports performance, and exercise prescription, with a particular focus on ACL rehabilitation, diabetes, and Parkinson's disease. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients and value building strong relationships to support them throughout their health journey. Outside of work, I enjoy playing field hockey, running, going to the gym, spending time with my Jack Russell, and supporting the Western Bulldogs.
