Hi I am Paula and I am a naturopath, remedial massage therapist and facialist. In naturopathic consultations I work with you to find the root cause of your health concern. Treating the root cause or health pattern naturally can sometimes take such a small change in diet or life behaviours. Other times the addition of herbal medicines/supplements are a perfect intervention to make a positive change. I formulate evidence-based prescriptions. This is important to me, as is prescribing ethically. What does this mean for you? I will create a prescription for you which will use the least amount of intervention and natural medicines, to influence the most positive changes to your health.
