Parris Davenport (She/her)Psychologist

Everyday Psychology & Wellbeing 32 Princes Street, Carlton North, Victoria, 3054

Overview

I think some of the most important qualities I hold as a person and clinical psychologist are that I am very warm, I am someone you can relate to and even though I take my work seriously I don’t take myself too seriously. I work really hard to create a space where you can feel safe, cared for, seen and understood. I see us as a team, with the goal of working together to help you gain a deeper understanding of your own issues and build healthier ways of managing them, so that you can live a better life. I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and working with complex mental health issues. I work with adults and young people aged 16+, and I have experience working with LGBTQIA+ identifying people. I am also a Board Approved Supervisor and offer clinical supervision to provisionally and generally registered psychologists. I also offer primary and secondary supervision to psychologists completing the Clinical Psychology Registrar program.
