Emma works with young people aged 15 and above and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment to
life circumstances, low self-esteem, and interpersonal and relationship difficulties. She also
works with clients experiencing stress, sleep issues, and health problems. Emma has a
particular interest in treating anxiety disorders, including social anxiety disorder, generalised
anxiety disorder, and phobias.
