Dr Michael Kreminski

Michael Kreminski is a registered psychologist holding a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the Australian National University and a Doctor of Philosophy (Clinical Psychology) from Monash University. Michael enjoys working with clients across a broad age group, social demographics and cultural backgrounds and adjusts his approach accordingly. Michael’s areas of interest include but are not limited to: anxiety, low mood, emotional dysregulation, stress and adjustment issues, social skills and obsessive-compulsive concerns. Michael employs a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy, with these being further tailored to meet his clients’ needs and goals. In addition to therapeutic services, Michael provides psychometric assessments for intellectual, developmental and learning disorders.

Jeremy Paterson is a Clinical Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor at NorthPsych Adelaide, working across child, adolescent, and adult mental health. Alongside evidence-based therapy, Jeremy leads the practice's ADHD and learning-disorder assessments, using gold-standard cognitive and psychometric testing (including the WAIS and WISC). He also provides professional supervision to provisional psychologists, clinical registrars, and early-career clinicians. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (with Distinction), and a Master of Clinical Psychology. He brings a flexible, person-centred approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based modalities including CBT, psychodynamic, solution-focused, narrative, and humanistic approaches — collaborative and adaptable, guided by each client's goals, preferences, and unique life story. Whether you're seeking an ADHD assessment or navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or personal growth, Jeremy is committed to walking alongside you with care and curiosity. Ms Jahnavi Ponnen(She/her)

Jahnavi is a Registered Psychologist who holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Flinders University. Jahnavi takes a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to practice, creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Her work is guided by strengths-based, person-centred, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed principles. She works alongside clients and families to tailor support to their unique strengths, experiences, and goals, helping them achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes. Jahnavi has experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments across cognitive, educational, adaptive functioning, behavioural, and emotional domains. She also provides psychological support using a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. Jahnavi has a particular interest in working with neurodiversity, emotional regulation, anxiety, and capacity building across the lifespan. She is especially passionate about supporting children and their families, recognising the important role that parents and caregivers play in a child's development and welcoming their collaborative involvement throughout the assessment and therapeutic process. In addition to therapeutic support, Jahnavi offers psychoeducational, cognitive, and ADHD assessments.
