Jahnavi is a Registered Psychologist who holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Flinders University. Jahnavi takes a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to practice, creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Her work is guided by strengths-based, person-centred, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed principles. She works alongside clients and families to tailor support to their unique strengths, experiences, and goals, helping them achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.
Jahnavi has experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments across cognitive, educational, adaptive functioning, behavioural, and emotional domains. She also provides psychological support using a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
Jahnavi has a particular interest in working with neurodiversity, emotional regulation, anxiety, and capacity building across the lifespan. She is especially passionate about supporting children and their families, recognising the important role that parents and caregivers play in a child's development and welcoming their collaborative involvement throughout the assessment and therapeutic process.
In addition to therapeutic support, Jahnavi offers psychoeducational, cognitive, and ADHD assessments.
