Our first session is primarily dedicated to getting to know each other. I dedicate this time to actively listening to your thoughts, emotions, stories, and concerns, which helps us paint a clear picture and gain insight into what brought you here. From there, we work collaboratively to define the goals we want to focus on. I offer a diverse and integrated approach, drawing on many different therapies to meticulously tailor treatment to what you are aiming to address.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy going to music gigs, visiting farmers markets, and taking my border collie to the beach.
